Drive recruitment and placements as a Project Coordinator for the Pre-Apprenticeship HVAC program at the Kingston campus. Manage candidate engagements for training and job placement opportunities.
This role focuses on recruiting eligible candidates into the HVAC program, guiding them through selection and training phases. You will also oversee placement agreements for program participants, ensuring they receive necessary support to transition successfully into the workforce. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment and selection of program participants
• Conduct eligibility checks and interviews
• Plan and execute training workshops and experiences
• Monitor and prepare participant placement agreements
• Complete necessary Ministry reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-year diploma/degree in a relevant field
• Three years of experience in recruitment or marketing
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Capability to coordinate various program deliverables
• Valid access to remote working conditions
