HR Insights Analyst
Join a collaborative HR team where your insights and initiative help shape workforce strategies and employee experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners to deliver data-driven insights, streamline processes, and support key talent initiatives. Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable HR insights by preparing and analyzing workforce data, including retention, diversity, and talent metrics.
- Enable strategic talent processes by supporting talent reviews, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to develop reports, scorecards, and presentations that inform business decisions.
- Drive operational efficiency by managing HR requests, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with HR Operations and Employee Service teams.
- Support enterprise programs by promoting participation, tracking outcomes, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
- Prepare and consolidate data for HR initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Contribute to onboarding and leadership materials that enhance the experience of new and senior leaders.
- Anticipate team needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday, Tableau, or other HR systems.
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting HR Business Partner teams or enterprise HR initiatives.
- Interest in developing into an HR Business Partner role.

Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80, USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
