Position: Recruitment Specialist - 1 year contract
Location: Boksburg

Mission

As a Recruitment Specialist
, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the business attracts and hires the right talent aligned with Epiroc's strategy, values, and culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, champion innovative sourcing strategies, and continuously enhance recruitment processes through data-driven decision-making and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and needs analysis through to sourcing, selection, offer management, and pre-boarding.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through social media, professional networks, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens Epiroc's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing digital tools, automation, and agile working methods.
  • Collaborate across local, regional, and global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Support additional initiatives and responsibilities in line with The Epiroc Way and business requirements.
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and disciplines.
  • Experience conducting competency-based, behavioural, and structured interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruitment channels, including Linked In, Facebook, and other professional networking platforms.
  • Experience using HR systems such as SAP Success Factors or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience with assessment tools and psychometric testing is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French will be considered a strong advantage.
