HR Recruiter

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Human Resources - Recruiter located in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a government agency looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.

1 Interview, with potential 2nd round. Onsite preferred, but open to remote.

Onsite required. Hybrid could be an option after a couple of months.

Parking provided onsite. Start time can be flexible starting as early as 7:00am.

1 year of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment. 2 years preferred.

This position will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for selected non-exempt level positions. This role will support the recruitment team and work closely with the Employment manager to implement recruitment strategies, coordinate onsite interviews for recruiters and maintain ongoing communications with talent pool to sustain a positive candidate experience. This position will work a hybrid work schedule, requiring the first 90 days onsite for training purposes, and allowing one (1) day per week of remote work thereafter.

Our normal office hours are M-F, 8am 4:30pm. Work Schedule may be adjusted one (1) hour up or down if necessary.
