As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the recruitment efforts for salaried positions, ensuring that our hiring standards are upheld. Your responsibilities include utilizing advanced screening methods to select candidates and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle. You will help onboard new employees, reinforcing the respect and growth culture at Agnico Eagle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles

• Implement effective candidate screening processes

• Facilitate targeted interviews and selection methods

• Coordinate with colleagues during recruitment activities

• Represent the company at recruitment events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

• Experience with targeted selection interviewing

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
