SAP FI/HR Functional Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a SAP FI/HR Functional Analyst for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will analyze, configure, and support SAP FI, HR, and Labor applications by gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications and test plans, collaborating with ABAP developers, resolving production issues, and ensuring enterprise solutions meet business and operational needs.

This is an 12‑month contract (extensions likely), 40‑hour‑per‑week (4‑day 10‑hour shifts per week) role, this is a remote role in the US.

This is a W‑2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Compensation: $110/hr - $125/hr

• Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP FI/HR/Labor application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs.
• Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with off‑hour production issues.
• Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met.
• At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 6+ Years of SAP FI/HR/Labor Module experience.
• Able to read ABAP code.
• Must also have experience with Service Central.
• Bachelor's degree
