We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional with at least 1 year of experience recruiting for sales positions.
Responsibilities- Source and recruit candidates for inside sales, B2B sales, B2C sales, and sales managers.
- Use hiring portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and Linked In to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct basic communications and initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate commission‑based hiring and manage percentage payouts with recruitment consultancy.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience focused on sales roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of hiring for inside sales, B2B, B2C, and sales manager positions.
- Experience with commission‑based hiring or recruitment consultancy.
- Graduated from any undergraduate program.
