Position: Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

Based in San Francisco, Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company focused on improving medication management through data science, machine learning, and personalized care plans.

The Role

Temporary Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager. Operate the high‑volume clinical hiring program, managing scheduling, offer letters, compliance administration, and candidate communications for the Clinical Care team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling across multiple active requisitions, keeping each organized in the ATS.
  • Proactively communicate with candidates to confirm logistics and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Prepare and send accurate offer letters in coordination with the recruiting team.
  • Ensure offer details are thoroughly reviewed and error‑free before delivery.
  • Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings via Checkr.
  • Monitor compliance status, follow up proactively to prevent onboarding delays.
  • Maintain accurate records to support compliance tracking and audit requirements.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates, delivering clear, warm, professional communications.
  • Ensure every candidate feels respected, informed, and valued.
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high‑volume administrative work.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and warm candidate‑facing messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A genuine sense of empathy and a candidate‑first mindset.
  • Comfort operating autonomously with minimal oversight, knowing when to elevate.
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System; experience with Rippling preferred (Greenhouse also accepted).
  • Experience with pre‑employment compliance processes (background checks, drug screenings); familiarity with Checkr is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting clinical or healthcare hiring is a plus, but not required.
Remote Work Requirements
  • Established private work area ensuring information privacy.
  • Reliable internet capable of low latency to support video and voice calls.
  • Will attend on‑site meetings multiple times per year for interview, onboarding, and team meetings.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
Information Security

Roles and Responsibilities

All staff participate in the Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role.

Hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour. Temporary employee role with an anticipated duration of 3 months.
