You ensure that HR measures and transformation processes are effectively implemented.

As an HR Manager (gn) for our production site in Elmshorn, you support the Senior HR Business Partner in the implementation of personnel-related measures and in the development and implementation of transformation processes in our operational areas, particularly in the production environment.

Your focus is on the structured preparation, implementation, documentation, and follow-up of HR measures, processes, and labor law proceedings. You work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and People Operations to ensure that defined measures are implemented professionally, on time, and in a traceable manner.

In this position, you take shared responsibility for our production site in Elmshorn. Therefore, regular on-site presence (approx. 1–3 days per week, depending on demand) is part of the daily routine.

• You prepare, implement, and follow up on personnel-related and labor law measures.

• You create reprimands, warnings, transfers, contract changes, and other HR documents in coordination with the Senior HR Business Partner.

• You support sensitive employee cases and internal investigations through structured documentation and preparation of facts.

• You create case files, decision templates, evaluations, and analyses.

• You support the development, introduction, and documentation of HR and transformation processes.

• You maintain HR-related content in systems, templates, manuals, and process documentation.

• You accompany performance review and compensation processes operationally.

• You create and follow up on tickets and requirements for People Operations.

• You ensure complete, legally secure, and audit-proof documentation.

• You work on HR projects in the operational environment.

• Proven experience in human resources, ideally in an operational, production, or transformation-related environment.

• Good knowledge of individual labor law and personnel management processes.

• Experience in implementing and documenting labor law or personnel-related measures.

• A structured, careful, and self-reliant working method.

• Strong organizational and implementation skills.

• High discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues.

• Secure handling of HR systems and MS Office.

• Communication skills in cooperation within the HR organization.

• Enjoyment in building, structuring, and sustainably implementing processes.

• Negotiation-safe German and fluent English skills
