As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Your expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at CPP Clinics. You will also support change management initiatives and guide workforce planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to develop supportive HR strategies
• Guide managers on performance management and talent development
• Lead employee relations matters and conflict resolution
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
• Support hiring strategies and workforce planning efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or advisory role
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
