About the Role
We are hiring Experienced Agency Recruiters to join our employee‑owned recruiting and consulting firm. This Technology Recruiter role offers a salary range of $75,000 – $500,000 per year and is remote‑first across the U.S.
Responsibilities- New Business Development:
Use top‑notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients. - Recruitment:
Utilize our proprietary tech stack, including Jax ATS, to find candidates that match client open positions. - Lead with Kindness and Respect.
- Staffing agency experience:
Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with at least 2 years of experience. - Full‑desk recruiting expertise:
Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment. - Performance & revenue accountability:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and other key metrics. - Relationship nurturing:
Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Industry specialization:
Experience recruiting in Tech or similar skill sets. - ATS proficiency:
Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.). - Bachelor's degree.
- Culture:
