Real Time Consulting, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist with recruitment and staffing needs. This fully remote position is open for candidates residing in Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas. The coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, manage job postings, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. A positive attitude and a desire to learn are essential.
