The Regional Coordinator of Missouri Recruitment is responsible for the development and oversight of all Kansas‑City‑based recruitment efforts. The Coordinator manages all recruiting aspects within their assigned travel territory, including extensive travel year‑round with peak times in the fall and spring, and administers budget resources for recruitment activities, programs, and travel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate admissions, academic, and student service policies to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, community college administrators, advisors, community‑based organizations, and other faculty and staff.
• Initiate proactive outreach efforts to prospective and incoming Wildcats.
• Review applicants, assess academic preparedness, and use trained judgment to evaluate prospective students for admission.
• Work from a home office with a schedule outside traditional Monday‑Friday 8a.m.–5p.m., and travel frequently to surrounding areas and other out‑of‑state territories as needed.
• Utilize a geographic differential of 5%–10% of the base salary rate for positions based in the Missouri Area.

This position is eligible for a geographic differential, which will be paid in addition to the base salary. The geographic differential for this position when located in the Missouri Area is 5%–10% of the base salary rate.
