Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management

Your Mission- Employment law advice and support on personnel-related legal matters, including terminations
- Correspondence with authorities and social insurance carriers (e.g. Employment Agency, health insurance funds, tax offices)
- Shared responsibility for payroll processing in Germany, Austria, Italy and France (approx. 250 employees)
- End-to-end ownership of the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- People & Culture administration, maintenance of employee master data, and preparation of reports and statutory statistics
- Organization of recruitment fairs, employee events, and company health management programs
- Business Partner for managers, providing labor law coaching and advisory support
- Contribution to the digitalization of People & Cultureprocesses and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support to the Data Protection Officer and compliance management in all People & Culture-related matters
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Law, or a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally complemented by a qualification in HR management
- Several years of experience in operational HR as well as in preparatory payroll processing
- Sound knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of initiative
- Strong communication and advisory skills combined with a hands‑on mindset
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with payroll and accounting systems (e.g. Sage, DATEV, SAP, or similar)
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for a broad and diverse range of responsibilities
