Young Professional – Learning & Development at Baires DevThis is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in L&D within a global tech company, where you'll support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.
What You’ll Do- Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
- Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
- Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions.
- Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
- Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
- Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
