Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and open enrollment activities

• Maintain payroll and benefits records while responding to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and benefit plans

• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and reporting requirements

• Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:

• 3+ years of payroll processing and benefits administration experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits administration, and HRIS/payroll systems
