Position: Corporate Recruiter (Remote)

Piper Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a growing Life Sciences Talent Acquisition team with one of our clients based out of Bethesda, MD
. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role is remote, however must be within 40 miles from HQ in Bethesda as you will need to go on-site for meetings and events

Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
  • Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Qualifications of the Corporate Recruiter
  • 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
  • Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
  • Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
Compensation for the Corporate Recruiter
  • Salary: $52,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive Benefits:
