Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Hybrid Role

Stella-Jones, headquartered in Montreal, is looking to fill an 18-month contract. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and manufacturing positions. You will partner with hiring managers, utilize innovative sourcing methods, and enhance the candidate experience while maintaining recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various business units

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Build candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing

• Conduct thorough screenings and guide interview processes

• Oversee offer management and onboarding procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of talent acquisition experience

• Experience in recruiting for Manufacturing, IT, and Finance roles

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Linked In Recruiter
