Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience in complex environments

• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations

• Proven skills in employee relations and conflict resolution

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel

• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
