• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for diverse roles

• Source candidates through networking, referrals, and job postings

• Conduct screening and behavioral interviews with candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment insights

• Maintain recruitment data within applicant tracking systems

Requirements:

• 3-9 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems
