Key Responsibilities:

• Own the recruitment process for assigned roles

• Build talent pipelines and maintain communication with candidates

• Partner with hiring managers for effective recruitment support

• Drive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions through proactive outreach

• Utilize data and AI to refine sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in global organizations

• 3+ years of SaaS recruitment expertise

• Proven experience with data-driven hiring

• Strong communication skills in English

• Familiarity with ATS, preferably SAP Success Factors
