This role requires an experienced HR professional with 5-6+ years in compensation and benefits management. You will manage comprehensive Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance and business objectives. Collaborate closely with leadership and the HR Director to refine and execute compensation structures and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and management of compensation and benefits programs

• Support development of salary bands and equity analysis

• Manage annual compensation planning and adjustments

• Partner to implement bonus and incentive programs

• Analyze market trends for Total Rewards strategy

Requirements:

• 5-6+ years in related HR roles

• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices

• Experience with professional services bonus structures
