Cloud5 is looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This remote position focuses on full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume hiring and operations excellence. Ideal candidates have over two years of experience in recruiting environments and excel in organizational skills, stakeholder management, and recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle high-volume recruitment for contact centers

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent strategies

• Develop sourcing strategies across various channels

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout processes

• Mentor and guide one direct report in recruitment efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting

• Background in contact center or technical support recruiting

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in ATS and recruiting technologies

• Prior experience mentoring other recruiters
