Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for tech positions
• Facilitate offer negotiations and extend employment offers
• Manage candidate database through our ATS system
• Actively reach out to potential clients and schedule sales meetings
Requirements:
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Familiarity with recruitment agencies and tools
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic atmosphere
• Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail that drives successful hires
