As an integral part of our recruitment and HR consulting team, you will leverage your 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Your expertise in client needs and a data-driven approach will help bridge gaps in hiring for diverse tech positions. You will utilize your communication skills and attention to detail while supporting business growth and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for tech positions

• Facilitate offer negotiations and extend employment offers

• Manage candidate database through our ATS system

• Actively reach out to potential clients and schedule sales meetings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
