Join Cloud5 as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on high-volume hiring in contact center operations across Canada. Drive full-cycle recruitment while ensuring a positive candidate experience and operational excellence.
This remote position seeks an experienced recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for Cloud5's talent acquisition team. You'll manage the entire recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and optimize sourcing strategies.
Your role will also involve mentoring a direct report while ensuring compliance with hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring
• Partner closely with hiring managers for workforce needs
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Own the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment environments
• Experience in contact center or customer support roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Solid organizational skills in recruiting processes
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
