In this full-time, 6-month contract, you will support Novarc's recruiting efforts by managing the comprehensive recruitment cycle. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates, you'll ensure an organized and efficient hiring process. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate communication and application updates
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Support recruitment event logistics and follow-up
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive teamwork approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage tasks efficiently
