This 12-month recruitment role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for various positions. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, utilizing your strong sourcing abilities and conducting behavioral interviews. Your insights will shape talent acquisition strategies and support workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities for various roles
• Source candidates through networking and job postings
• Conduct candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
• Partner with hiring managers for recruitment insights
• Maintain recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems
Requirements:
• 3–9 years of talent acquisition experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
