Cloud5 is looking for a Senior Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruitment focused on contact center and operational roles. This remote position within Canada favors those who can occasionally travel to our offices in Saint John, Moncton, or Toronto. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume hiring and excels in fast-paced environments while mentoring other recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contact center roles

• Partner with hiring managers on talent strategies

• Develop sourcing strategies across various channels

• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment

• Monitor recruiting metrics for process improvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment

• Experience in contact center or technical support roles

• Proficient with ATS and recruiting technologies

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Leadership experience in mentoring recruiters
