SAP Payroll Consultant - Europe Remote ONLY

The Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, benefits, and social insurances in compliance with strict Swiss labor laws, tax regulations (including cantonal variations), and social security requirements.

• End-to-End Payroll Processing – Manage the full payroll cycle, including data input, calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and child allowances.
• Compliance Social Insurance – Ensure compliance with federal and cantonal social insurance regulations (AVS, AI, APG, AC, LPP) and manage withholding tax calculations and reporting.
• Data Accuracy Maintenance – Update HR systems with new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bank details, ensuring high accuracy.
• Reporting Filings – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for authorities (e.g., ELM, STATPOP, Salary Certificates).
• Employee Support – Act as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding salary, tax, and social security inquiries.
• System Maintenance – Collaborate with vendors or IT teams on payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Navision) to improve automation and efficiency.

• SAP ERP Human Resource (HR):
  Payroll – 10+ years of experience.
• Required:
  
  SAP Payroll Consultant.
• Subcontract from Europe ONLY or under a Payroll if in Switzerland.

• Fully Remote.
• 1.5‑year contract.
