Swiss Payroll / SAP HR Payroll - Remote from Europe ONLY Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing Manage the full payroll cycle, including data input, calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and child allowances.
• Compliance Social Insurance Ensure compliance with federal and cantonal social insurance regulations (AVS, AI, APG, AC, LPP) and manage withholding tax calculations and reporting.
• Data Accuracy Maintenance Update HR systems with new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bank details, ensuring high accuracy.
• Reporting Filings Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for authorities (e.g., ELM, STATPOP, Salary Certificates).
• Employee Support Act as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding salary, tax, and social security inquiries.
• System Maintenance Collaborate with vendors or IT teams on payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Navision) to improve automation and efficiency.
