You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across various functions to attract and engage exceptional talent. With 3-5 years of recruitment experience, you will play a vital role in developing expertise in technical recruiting and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements

• Lead recruitment activities including onboarding

• Develop strong candidate pipelines for future needs

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills

• Excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proactive, data-informed approach to recruiting
