We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to join our growing recruitment network for BPO hiring projects
. This is a pure commission‑based opportunity with no fixed salary
. If you have experience sourcing and closing BPO candidates and want to earn attractive incentives while working remotely, this role is for you.

• Source and screen candidates for BPO requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessment and interview coordination.
• Ensure candidates attend interviews and complete joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets within the given timelines.

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in BPO hiring

• Good understanding of bulk and volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, and personal networks.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver closures.
