Entry Level Remote Recruiter

Gpac (Growing People and Companies) specializes in placing quality professionals across various industries in the United States. We are looking for a dedicated recruiting professional to help match candidates with opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of Gpac training and all training requirements.
