Position OverviewAs a Senior Advisor HRIS and Data Analytics, you will be at the heart of the digital evolution of Human Resources will combine HRIS expertise and data analysis to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and support the organization in making strategic, data-driven decisions based on reliable insights. In a role with national scope, you will work within a community of HRIS experts across Belron International and collaborate closely with multiple teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll.
You will play a key role in optimizing Workday, integrating innovative solutions including artificial intelligence, and delivering foundational projects that shape the future of the HR function.
- Lead the evolution and optimization of HRIS systems, including the management of the Workday platform
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to HR processes through technology
- Manage and deliver large-scale HRIS projects, including the implementation of a time and attendance management system
- Deploy new modules, functionalities, and innovative solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and related systems (payroll, finance, IT, etc.)
- Develop dashboards, performance indicators, and analytics to support decision-making
- Ensure the quality, compliance, and consistency of HR data through controls and validation mechanisms
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for complex system-related issues, while supporting and training HR teams
- Strong experience in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
Workday expertise is highly desirable - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR systems and process optimization
- Excellent project management, systems integration, and continuous improvement skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Structured, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail
- Client-focused mindset, professional rigor, and a strong sense of innovation
- Demonstrated experience collaborating on HR projects with international teams
- Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to effectively collaborate with partners and colleagues worldwide
This role is based on a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office at least two days per week.
