About the Job:

The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving Ironclad Environmental Solutions’ talent acquisition efforts by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple branches and departments. This remote position is ideal for a resourceful and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruiting process across multiple branches and departments for a variety of positions, identifying and engaging top talent.
• Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR team members to develop trust and alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through various job boards, recruitment tools, and niche platforms to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Execute job postings, screen and interview candidates, and assess their fit with company culture and job requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Own the full onboarding cycle, including pre-employment steps, training assignments, first-day setup, and equipment orders.
• Draft, review, and approve offer letters for successful candidates.
• Create and share weekly requisition reports with the management team.
• Support other HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.
• Experience with DOT compliance recruiting preferred.
• Tech savvy with a willingness to learn and leverage new recruitment tools.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience working with recruiting/staffing vendors is a plus.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other standard business tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
