Position OverviewPierpoint International is seeking an experienced Senior GTM Sales Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales roles within technology-driven organizations.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity for candidates based in the United States
, requiring availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours. The contract is expected to last 6–12 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on GTM Sales roles within IT or technology companies
, including positions such as Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Managers, and other revenue-generating roles.
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver top GTM talent while maintaining a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and closing. - Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies for GTM Sales positions.
- Recruit for a variety of Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Managers, and other revenue-focused positions. - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate sales experience, performance metrics, and overall fit for GTM organizations.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future GTM hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and professional engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avature, Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar systems.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline progress, hiring challenges, and market trends within the GTM talent landscape
. - Stay informed on sales recruiting trends, compensation structures, and best practices for hiring revenue-generating talent

- 5+ years of recruiting experience
, with a strong focus on GTM Sales roles within IT or technology companies - Proven experience recruiting for Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, Sales Managers, or similar GTM roles
- Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Strong experience with Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience recruiting through social media channels and online talent platforms
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Avature, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, or similar
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely while supporting PST working hours
