Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding. If you are a motivated and organized recruitment professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen and interview candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
