Remote Healthcare Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a healthcare recruiting company that is looking for a professional Sourcing Recruiter. We are looking to add someone to the team who is skilled in contacting passive candidates and bringing them in for both current and future hiring needs. In order to qualify for this position, you must have solid networking skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting with potential candidates on different social media platforms and professional networks.
- Creating and sending engaging recruiting emails.
- Working with hiring manager to determine and verify required position qualifications.
- Keeping the hiring manager up to date on the process of all candidates and filling out necessary paperwork.
- Promoting our employer brand both online and offline.
- Ability to work well with other Recruiters on the team boosting teamwork and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in Recruiting or Similar Role. Sourcing experience is a plus!
- Must be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and candidate management systems.
- Must have strong time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and online etiquette skills.
- Experience with healthcare recruiting or a background in the healthcare field is a plus.
