Overview
We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.
Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)
Duration: ~3–4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate
- Roles you’ll recruit for:
Medical Writers, Account Executive, Assistant Medical Writer, Business Development Coordinator, Project Coordinator - Own searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
- Work with an ATS (Workable preferred) and Linked In Recruiter
- Prioritize quality over quantity
- Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
- Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
- Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and Linked In Recruiter
- Prioritizes quality over volume
- Work with a longstanding leader in pharmaceutical marketing and training
- Direct partnership with senior leadership
