Position: C-Inclusion and Indigenous Relations Intern (Montreal)

This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.

Internship dates:
From August 31st to December 18th 2026

The role we are offering you

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support CAE's Inclusion and Equal Opportunities strategy, with a strong focus on Indigenous Relations.

You will contribute to impactful initiatives in community engagement, awareness, reporting, and project coordination.

Are you ready to:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and communication of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities and events
  • Contribute to the preparation of key reports such as Employment Equity, Gender Pay Gap, PAIR submission, and other inclusion-related surveys and reports
  • Assist in tracking Indigenous Relations initiatives and preparing updates for internal committees
  • Support internal awareness initiatives related to Indigenous history, cultures, and reconciliation
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for inclusion events, cultural observances, and internal campaigns
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • A robust interest in inclusive workplace practices, equal opportunities, and Indigenous engagement

Preferred Education

Pursuing a college or university degree in Human Resources, Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.

St-Laurent, Quebec.

Internship Mode

Hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
