Business Internship
This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.
Internship dates:
From August 31st to December 18th 2026
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support CAE's Inclusion and Equal Opportunities strategy, with a strong focus on Indigenous Relations.
You will contribute to impactful initiatives in community engagement, awareness, reporting, and project coordination.
Are you ready to:- Support the planning, coordination, and communication of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities and events
- Contribute to the preparation of key reports such as Employment Equity, Gender Pay Gap, PAIR submission, and other inclusion-related surveys and reports
- Assist in tracking Indigenous Relations initiatives and preparing updates for internal committees
- Support internal awareness initiatives related to Indigenous history, cultures, and reconciliation
- Provide logistical and administrative support for inclusion events, cultural observances, and internal campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- A robust interest in inclusive workplace practices, equal opportunities, and Indigenous engagement

Pursuing a college or university degree in Human Resources, Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
LocationSt-Laurent, Quebec.
Internship ModeHybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary determined according to the number of years and/or cumulative credits.
