Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting behavioral interviews, and maintaining recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive recruitment activities for diverse roles

• Source candidates via direct sourcing and networking

• Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews

• Partner with hiring managers for recruitment guidance

• Contribute to talent acquisition strategy enhancements

Requirements:

• 3–9 years of recruitment experience in diverse environments

• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

• Strong candidate sourcing skills with proven results

• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders
