Position: Hiring Journey Associate - Remote Work

Hiring Journey Associate

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between Baires Dev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings. This is your opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, building relationships with candidates while supporting client expectations through clear communication and strong candidate experience.

What

You’ll Do
  • Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping ensure their engagement, acting as a contact point and building relationships during the selection process.
  • Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
  • Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
  • Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
  • Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
  • Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.
