Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for active hiring needs, ensuring timely and high-quality placements across multiple technical roles.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters by setting clear objectives, maintaining recruitment standards, and supporting continuous professional growth.
  • Own the intake process with hiring managers, ensuring role requirements are well-defined while providing constructive guidance on hiring expectations and priorities.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines, analyze conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication, progress updates, and proactive expectation management.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to effectively allocate resources and ensure healthy candidate pipelines across open positions.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline conversion, and overall hiring performance.
  • Support talent pipeline initiatives by ensuring qualified candidates remain engaged for future opportunities where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter capacity.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting senior software engineering or specialized technical professionals, ideally within consulting, professional services, or high‑growth technology environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise in conducting structured intake meetings and partnering effectively with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or leading recruiters while fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to balance competing business demands.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, time‑to‑fill, and hiring performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Experience collaborating with sourcing teams and managing shared recruitment resources is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours and a remote-first culture.
  • Home office equipment allowance or access to a coworking space.
  • Opportunity to work alongside globally distributed, highly skilled professionals.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within an international organization.
  • Collaborative, fast‑paced work environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • No business travel required, supporting an excellent work‑life balance.
