Senior Recruiter We’re Bamboo Works, a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing firm helping companies around the world build high-quality, remote teams.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit.

This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment.

This is a place for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term impact.

    Working Hours:

    Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years) Primary Focus:
    Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals) Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Delivery:
    Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking:
    Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates Candidate Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
    Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines ATS & Data Management:
    Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS Market Insights & Talent Intelligence:
    Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends Collaboration & Team Support:
    Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Operational & Administrative Support:
