Will You Make An Impact

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to manufacturing operations, supporting site leadership and employees in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role works closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, talent initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.

As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will help shape a high‑performance culture by aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational change, developing talent, improving employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Your partnership and influence will contribute directly to workforce effectiveness and business success.

Location

This role will be based on‑site at our Bryan Dairy – St. Petersburg, FL manufacturing site.

This is not a formal hybrid or remote position.

What Will You Do
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support operational and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to leaders on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives and support the implementation of business transformation and change programs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Identify workforce trends, organizational risks, and talent needs, providing recommendations and solutions to leadership.
  • Coach and develop leaders on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including identifying and developing high‑potential employees.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and support workforce planning activities to ensure alignment with business goals and future staffing requirements.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and change management plans.
  • Assist leaders in navigating complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretation and application.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and communications to various stakeholder groups.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support enterprise‑wide HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Leverage HR metrics and business data to identify opportunities and drive informed decision‑making.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to influence and support business outcomes.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee and business information.
  • Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How Will You Get Here Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic Human Resources Business Partner role within a matrixed organization.
