Spectrum Brands is looking for a Human Resource Manager (HRBP) for its North America Home and Personal Care division. This hybrid role in Middleton, WI, requires on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
You will partner with sales leadership, aligning HR initiatives to drive business performance and delivering strategic people solutions to enhance effectiveness across the sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
