SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support its practices on the west coast. While this role is remote, the ideal candidate should reside in California, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada and will be expected to travel occasionally.
The successful candidate will drive high performance, engagement, and retention through strategic partnerships and leadership across the employee lifecycle. The ideal applicant will have 4–6+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
