Summary
:
The HR Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources functions. Responsible for administrative and project‑oriented duties, the Coordinator assists the HR team with activities including new employee onboarding, engagement activities, hiring events, and additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality customer service to employees, students, and other customers in the HR office, including assistance with benefit enrollment, leave of absence requests, direct deposit, and tax form completion.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires from talent handoff to orientation, including file management (creating and maintaining new hire files) and student onboarding clearances and communication with involved departments.
- Provide administrative office support, such as office maintenance and supply ordering, issuing badges, machine maintenance, HR inbox and voice mailbox management.
- Complete, track, and maintain I‑9 documents and perform tracking and auditing as requested.
- Provide payroll support, including preparing promissory notes, processing employee referral bonuses, and managing education loan reimbursement.
