Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist Remote

In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for BCG's Toronto office. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless candidate interactions from first contact to onboarding. Your efforts will support recruiting initiatives for both entry-level and experienced hires while advocating for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment events and manage candidate engagement
• Schedule interviews and enhance candidate communication
• Build connections with university career centers
• Champion diversity within the recruitment pipeline
• Monitor market trends to improve recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Consulting industry recruitment experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with recruitment technologies and AI tools
