Abuse Refuge Org in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Onboarding & Offboarding Supervisor (Volunteer) to lead and support the volunteer onboarding process. This role invites stay-at-home parents, graduates, or career changers, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and be ready to commit 12-15 hours a week. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred, along with strong HR knowledge. Join us in supporting victims of abuse and contributing to our mission.
